Sierra la Rana owners shall drill their own water wells although there are several parcels with water wells already drilled. Water is generally found at a depth from 150 to 350 feet. For information on drilling you should contact local well drillers listed in the Yellow Pages of the Alpine phone book. Skinner Well Service has drilled the majority of wells at Sierra la Rana and can answer any questions our prospective buyers may have. The approximate cost to drill a water well in the Alpine area is $30 to $34 per foot for a complete water well and equipment. A list of the wells, tract number, gallons per minute (GPM) and depth together with a site plan of wells can be found in the table to the right.
