McDonald Observatory is accessible to the public Tuesday – Saturday 1-4 pm. All visitors must check in at the Frank N Bash Visitor Center. The Visitor’s Center is closed Sunday – Monday. Check the calendar for available program passes, which are subject to capacity limits and cancellation due to weather.
