The Brewster County Commissioners met on Tuesday, April 11 at 9:30 a.m. in the commissioner’s courtroom. Of importance on the agenda was a report by the 394th District Court on an Improvement Initiative offered by the National Center for State Courts and the approval of the interlocal agreement with the City of Alpine for the Fire Department. Lori Holguin, assistant to Judge Roy B. Ferguson, gave the report to commissioners in Ferguson’s absence, as he was conducting his own court.
