This year’s Big Bend Livestock Association Show and sale brought in $365,000 for the young exhibitors, something a show official called “a really good year.”
BBLAS Board President Becky McCutchen agreed, saying, “The sale and the support from the community at the sale was amazing. We weren’t as high as some in the past, it wasn’t the largest sale we’ve had, but that’s when we had almost 90 exhibitors in the sale, and we only had 62 in the sale this year.
