Located at the Davis Mt. State park, less than an hours drive from the Sierra La Rana front gate. Sign in to the Primitive Area at Park HQ. Meet our experienced volunteers on the exit side of Park HQ, and we’ll take a short drive or walk to the Primitive Area. Over 1 easy mile we’ll slowly explore Limpia Canyon which teems with high desert life. Dress for the weather and bring binoculars! Kid friendly. No dogs, please.
