The center for Big Bend Studies annual conference brings together historians, archaeologists, folklorists, and other researchers. The conference focuses on prehistoric, historic, and modern cultures of the Big Bend region and northern Mexico. Friday, there will be a complimentary social hour with a silent auction, and the Annual banquet will be held on Saturday with separate registration required. CBBS members receive a mailed registration form with discounts. Non-members can register online starting September 1, 2025 via the CBBS Store.
